The Lombardi Collection and Legacy, Joins PalMar Studios as a Primary Partner on “Triangle Park”, a Documentary Film on the NFL’s First-Ever Game
Dayton, Ohio (March 8, 2022) – Triangle Park, announced today that The Lombardi Collection and Legacy, the largest collection of Vince Lombardi sport memorabilia, has committed to be a partner of Triangle Park, an upcoming documentary that celebrates the National Football League’s first-ever game, played in Dayton, Ohio.
The film will send spectators back in time to experience October 3, 1920, when the hometown Dayton Triangles kicked off league history with a 14-0 victory over the Columbus Panhandles. The contest was played in front of 5,000 fans at Dayton’s now-historic Triangle Park.

Filming will continue this year, with the movie scheduled to be released sometime in the fall 2022. Additional details will be announced as they become available.
